Jay Walton

A 6 Sigma Black Belt executive and active community volunteer with more than 20 years of experience in leadership, professional development, and management.

A Vice President at Caterpillar Inc., Jay has shared his experience and talents with the boards of directors for the Peoria Christian School, the Community Foundation of Central Illinois, Black Leadership Initiative, Peoria Zoological Board, and Upgrade Housing. He’s also a coach for various youth sports.
